Moses-Saunders Power Dam

The Moses-Saunders Power Dam is jointly operated by the New York Power Authority and Ontario Power Generation. It straddles the US-Canada border on the St. Lawrence River. Approximately 6,500 people were displaced from 10 Canadian towns (known as the Lost Villages) due to to the Moses-Saunders Power Dam. No towns on the US side of the river were inundated.
