Viejo Graseros, Mexico

Although Mexico's Federal Government displaced Viejo Grasero's residents nearly sixty years ago, these residents and their descendents only received the full amount of compensation they were owed in 2024. The original town now sits under the reservoir formed by Francisco Zarco Dam.
