Osumacinta, Mexico
The old village of Osumacinta. The town pre-dated Spanish colonization, and the Zoque farmers who lived there grew corn, beans, sweet potatoes, chili, and other traditional crops. Residents were forced to relocate their town to make way for Chicoasén Dam.
