Quechula, Mexico
The Temple of Quechula. This colonial church and the town of Quechula were established by Spanish missionary Bartolomé de las Casas along the conquistador-built Camino Real. The Malpaso/Nezahualcóyotl Dam displaced the largely-Zoque population of Quechula in the 1960s.
