Displaced by John Horgan Dam

The John Horgan Dam (formerly known as the Site C Dam) displaced a number of small communities along the Peace River. The communities most affected were Attachie, Farrell Creek, Bear Flat and Peace Valley Ranch, but displacement numbers are unavailable for them individually. The dam also impacted Treaty 8 First Nations, including the Blueberry River First Nations and the Doig River First Nation. (Pictured: rising waters from John Horgan Dam.
