Displaced by the Lesotho Highlands Water Project

At least 325 households have been displaced by the Lesotho Highlands Water Project. The completed dams of this project include the Katse Dam and the Mohale Dam. The Polihali Dam is under construction and is set to be completed by 2028. 8000 people are currently under threat of resettlement.
