Forsyth, Missouri

Old Forsyth's business district in 1950. Between 1861 and 1863, the city was involved in Civil War military campaigns. The town site relocated in 1950, one year before Bull Shoals Dam inundated Old Forsyth. The new site remains the seat of Missouri's Taney County.
